Dr. Robert Wooster, recently retired Regents Professor of History at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, joins McConnell Center Director Dr. Gary Gregg to discuss his latest book, The United States Army and the Making of America: From Confederation to Empire, 1775–1903.
