Fred Minnick, Wall Street Journal bestselling author, bourbon curator, and taster, joins McConnell Center Director Dr. Gary L. Gregg II to discuss his career covering the bourbon world and share his thoughts on the industry. Minnick also talks about the history of prohibition, in light of the upcoming 87th anniversary of the passage of the 21st Amendment on December 5, 1933, which repealed the 18th Amendment, thus ending the nationwide prohibition of alcohol in the United States.
